Story Behind the Photo – Experiencing Morning Tranquility
In early June, I set out for a morning stroll from Myojin to Tashiro Pond in Kamikochi. By the time I reached Tashiro Pond, the sky had turned overcast, obscuring the clear blue skies I had hoped for. However, the softened morning light accentuated the clarity of Tashiro Pond’s water, giving it a glass-like appearance that reflected the surrounding greenery beautifully. The tranquil atmosphere of Kamikochi in the morning is perfectly captured in this image.
